Sometimes even the most expensive and prestigious brands may form into clumps and it has nothing to do with the quality of the product. We have listed the most common mistakes ladies make while applying mascara.

1. Leaving the Wand Out

If you prefer wearing two coats of mascara, then apply them wisely. Keep the mascara tube tightly closed in-between your applications. You do not want air to get inside and dry your mascara and it takes a minute or two to significantly ruin the product.

2. Pumping the wand

Do you ever pump the wand trying to reach and dig out as much product as possible? That’s the most common mistake to avoid. The more intensively you pump the wand, the more air gets inside. The content of the tube dries quicker and mascara that is supposed to be liquid turns into a pasty and thick substance that forms lumps on your lashes.
