Buying shoes is very similar to buying clothing. It’s the quality and condition of the shoes that count. It would be better if the leather was not too badly damaged if you intend to wear the shoes in the future. But slightly discolored stilettos or dirty pumps should not scare you off. Besides, you can always replace and fix some of the parts.
