4. Live your life to the fullest.
Never give up your life. It does not matter how strong you think you are. You will need support from people you love. You might love your current job and you might be enjoying your studies at college. However, your relationships with your family and friends are equally important. Set aside some time for your significant one and spend time together doing something fun. Take a rest and restore after classes and work. Sleep a bit longer at weekend or any other days when you are less busy. Eat the right selection of foods – you need energy to keep going and plenty of vitamins and nutrients to stay healthy physically and mentally. Do sports or any other activity that will help you cope with stress and tension.
