6. The Brain Freeze
How does one get a brain freeze? This is a sensation we get when we eat icy-cold foods like ice-cream. It might remind some kind of a headache. If very cold foods and drinks are consumed slowly, you are unlikely to experience the so-called brain freeze since the blood vessels in front of your head are not affected by the low temperature. Slow down when you drink or eat something cold and you’ll avoid the possible discomfort.
