3. Lack of support from family and friends
Seek support if you have true friends. Also, if your family members are great people, they will always try all possible to make your weight loss journey less unpleasant. Avoid people who will try to discourage you. Live your new life and enjoy the changes.
4. Excluding too much
Do not leave out too many products. If you get rid of what makes your weight loss slow, then it’s wonderful. But never exclude too many foods and drinks. You need energy, vitamins and minerals to function well. Provide your body with nutrients from the healthiest sources.
