3. Drink water
Water is something that washes out toxins from the body and helps cells to restore and repair. It is extremely important for your skin, hair and nails. You cannot replace water with any other beverage. Calculate how much water per day personally you need and drink it every day.
4. Sunscreen
Hydration as well as nourishment of the skin should be part of your daily skin care procedures. There is something else you should do to look good. Pick good sun protection and use it whenever you know you’ll spend lots of time outside. Sunrays do damage to the skin and after a few years it will be wrinkled and dry. Sunbathing and tanning is not what you need to look young.
