5. No worries, no stress
We cannot isolate ourselves from the world. We meet various people. Some of them cause stress and tension in our life. There are plenty of unpredictable situations you can get into. Learn to transform your worries into actions. Do something to change the things for the better. Smile more often.
6. Exercise your brain
Brain needs exercise. Try and challenge your mental abilities. Reading is great, but there are so many other tasks for your brain. Learn to play a musical instrument, take language courses or do puzzles and crosswords. Smart and witty people look younger than those who do not challenge their brain.
