3. Self-acceptance
You are special and your body is unique. No other individual has what you have. There will never be such a person in the future. Do not try to play God – you cannot change the course of life and destiny. What you can do is to accept yourself. Embrace and enjoy your uniqueness.
4. You do not have to be slim to be happy
Happiness is not about kilos or pounds. Thin people might be unhappy and sad, too. We can make an endless list of thin people who were not satisfied with what they had. Their lives were miserable and disastrous in some instances. On the other hand, the majority of people living on our planet suffer from extra pounds. However, this does not prevent them from feeling happy – they have families, healthy relationships, kids, career and education. Happiness cannot be measured by kilos or pounds. It cannot be measured by inches and centimeters, either! The size of you dress is not what makes your life worth living. As soon as you understand it, you will know that your body is great the way it is.
