3. Check the hardware
The hardware consists of closures, clasps, zippers and other small details. They will tell you a lot about the bag, its quality and its origins. All of the details should be in perfect order. 4. Pay careful attention to seams and stitching
It’s very unlikely to see a designer handbag with glued seams. Study the stitching and see if it is not slanted, uneven or sloppy. Only fake bags made by counterfeiters can have low quality stitching. Remember that frayed stitching on a new bag is something absolutely inacceptable.
