3. Get in better shape
There is hardly anything else that would be as important as our health. The way you feel influences the way you look. It will take you just two weeks to feel and see the difference. First, throw away all the junk food and replace unhealthy snacks with seeds, nuts and fruit. Work out a bit more often than usual. Do not try to change your body in one week. And do not worry – it will surely change and transform. The point is to follow your plan.
