3. Tabata
HIIT comes in a variety of forms. One of them is called Tabata. This type of training requires between 4 and 7 minutes. It burns fat much faster than any other kind of physical activity. Stay in bed and try to do biking as fast and hard as possible for twenty seconds. Then rest for 10 seconds and repeat it all again. All in all this exercise should take you three and a half minutes.
4. Running or jogging
If the above mentioned methods are too intensive for you, then you can always take a relaxing walk around your block. If there is a park nearby, it’s even better – you can run or jog there in the morning.
