3. Hitting the Snooze Button
There’s a cool trick that you should use on those lazy mornings when you think that you can skip your exercise and sleep some more. Set your alarm for 6 a.m. if your usual wake-up time is 7:15. This will give you an illusion of control. You’ll have a possibility to lie in for a few extra minutes and not to be late for your morning workout. As you can see, you can enjoy both snoozing and exercise all at the same time.
4. Keep it Short
On average, a 15-minute workout session is all it takes to charge your body with energy for the rest of the day. Let your workout be short, but intensive enough. Sometimes we get involved in the process so much that it may last twice as long.
