5. 45 degree Leg Press
Instead of squats some prefer to do the 45 degree leg press. The exercise is not as quite useful as you might have thought. During this exercise your lower back does not move hence the movement itself is not really functional. If you enjoy lifting weights in such a position, you may damage your discs which will lead to posterior bulge. Talk to trainers and instructors and replace 45 degree leg press with something less dangerous.
