3. Go for a walk
A good old trick is just walking. It is easy to start and you can go for a walk anywhere and at any moment. Pay attention to your body – it’s supposed to be relaxed and pain-free. Start with short distances taking no longer than 15-20 minutes. Later you can increase the distance, but it will depend on your state and condition. The longest you are advised to spend walking would be an hour per day – the time that is needed to stay fit.
4. Breath, breath, breath!
There is another simple exercise which you can do in public and no one will notice anything at all. It is an exercise for your abs. You should learn to breathe deeper than usual. Start practicing it a few hours after the baby is born. Sit up straight. Put your hands on the stomach. Inhale. Breathing must be deep, from the diaphragm. Hold the breath for a few seconds. (You can start form 10 sec and then increase the time). Now slowly exhale. Relax. Repeat.
