1. Almonds
Most would say that almonds are also called a super food. These nuts are rich in fiber, full of healthy fats plus provide you with all essential nutrients. They are fragrant and are often added to salads. They are eating raw as a snack. Nevertheless, almonds can be toxic. Be careful with wild almonds since they contain cyanide, a fatal poison. Do not eat almonds that were found in the forest, especially if you are not totally sure that they belong to the safe species.
2. Tomatoes
Tomatoes are excellent. People love them for their taste and color. Tomatoes have plenty of vitamins A and C. They are rich in licopine, a powerful antioxidant. There are thousands of dishes where the main ingredient is the tomato. However, not all parts of the plant are safe. The stems of this species are rather dangerous. They contain tomatine. This substance is poisonous and can even be used as a pesticide. Eat tomatoes, but always remember to remove the stems.
