5. Eggs
Who could think that eggs would be included in the list of the most poisonous foods we consume on a daily basis? Well, the truth is that most people are concerned about the cholesterol content. However, this should not be their main concern and worry. There is another thing we should remember. In fact, besides all the good properties of eggs, such high amount of protein and tons of nutrients, eggs sometimes contain bacteria called salmonella. To kill the bacteria, always cook your eggs properly and never consume them raw. We recommend you should avoid dishes where one of the ingredients is the raw egg.
6. Oysters
Seafood is delicious and includes hundreds of varieties. In Asia people eat raw fish and oysters. Oysters are low in cholesterol but provide you with high amounts of lean protein, vitamins A, B and C, minerals, such as iodine, magnesium, copper and zinc. This food is not dangerous as long as it is stored in proper conditions and at a proper temperature. Otherwise they may contain vibrio vilnifucus, a very toxic bacterium. It is easy to kill the bacteria by simply keeping oysters at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. High temperatures of 140 degrees Fahrenheit and above also make oysters safe to eat. Before consuming oysters make sure that they were stored right or/and cooked well.
