3. Stay active, sit less
Modern people tend to spend too much time in offices, by their computers and in front of their TVs. Machines do jobs that used to be done by humans. We do not get enough exercise. However, we can choose another lifestyle – more active and work out in a gym, home or outside.
4. Take a walk before a meal
It is great if you can walk your dog before breakfast, then have a brisk walk around the block before lunch and a relaxing stroll with your friend before dinner. If you are very busy and this idea sounds too surreal, take a walk at least before dinner – stay active and burn calories.
