5. Eat water-rich foods
The food with the highest water contents are vegetables and fruits. If you eat a lot of water-rich products, you’ll fill fuller without adding thousands of calories, fat or carbs.

Yoga as well as meditation can be very beneficial. These spiritual practices help balance your mind, spirit and body. You can be surprised to find out how many different exercises there are! Some are aimed to help you cope with depression; some are good if you are losing weight. Meditate or do yoga if you want to stay strong both mentally, physically and spiritually. You can do these activities in a group or on your own – the choice is yours.
