5. Store selling smoothies
Home-made smoothies are very good. They taste fantastic, they are fragrant and, which is even more important, they are healthy. You always know what ingredients you used to make your smoothie. When you buy smoothies at stores, you never know for sure what manufacturers put in them to make their shelf life long. There will always be more sugar than in home-made smoothies. Besides, there can be chemicals and preservatives, too.
6. Frozen dinners
Do not make frozen dinners your regular meal. They can be consumed only if you have no time to make a proper dish. Frozen dinners are never healthy enough to eat them on a daily basis. First, they contain huge amount of salt. Second, manufacturers add too much fat and sugar to make this food taste better. Besides, frozen meals are always processed and do not contain vitamins and minerals.
