7. Kiwi
Kiwi itself is not a fat burning product. However, it can be added to drinks. Just like most fruits, kiwi is low in calories, contains lots of fiber, plenty of antioxidants and more vitamin C than in lemons or limes. Add the fruit to smoothies, juices, cocktails or plain water. Kiwis make a great salad ingredient. They are also a healthy snack. What makes grapefruits unique and different from other fruits is lycopene. Along with antioxidants and fiber lycopene helps in weight reduction. It fills you up which prevents you from overeating. Add a couple of slices of grapefruit to your favorite drinks or smoothies. Drink freshly squeezed grapefruit juice – that’s a much healthier option than sodas and caffeinated energy drinks.
