Work out outside
Working out when it’s hot outside might be quite beneficial. In summer your body works harder to keep its internal temperature in balance with the external environment. The harder your body works, the more calories it burns. The only thing for you to remember is: drink more plain water and stay hydrated.
Take after-meal walks
If active sports and games do not appeal to you, then burn calories you eat by taking a walk after each meal, especially in the evening. If you watch your diet, eat healthy and walk at least 30 minutes a day, you will lose around 10 pounds a year. Actually, walking in the afternoon and late evening is said to be more efficient than when it is done in the morning. To speed up your weight loss, eat a lighter meal in the evening and never skip your breakfast.
