3. Consume more fruits and vegetables
Few of us eat enough of veggies and fruits. Eat more of them to satisfy your hunger during the day. Veggies and fruits make good snacks although they contain few calories. Start with 5 servings of veggies and fruits a day and increase that number up to 13.
4. Less meat – better health
Meat provides with plenty of protein, however most meats contain a lot of saturated fats which should be avoided. If you cannot live without meat, give your preference to lean poultry. You can eat fish instead as well.
