1. Photograph Your Meals and Food
Mindless eating is dangerous – it will only make you gain weight. In order to know what you eat and how much food you eat, we recommend you take pictures of your meals. This trick is quite effective since it allows you to slow down and think about your habits.
2. Hang a Mirror
Watch yourself eat your meals! It might sound funny at first. Nevertheless, if you hang a mirror on the opposite side of the dining room where you sit it will help you to control portions of your meals. Observing yourself and considering your goals is a good way to help you maintain or even lose weight.
