7. Drink Oil

Dip a small cotton ball in fruit juice or any other liquid and swallow it whole. Teenagers and fashion models often choose this bizarre ‘diet’. You should understand that this might be dangerous. It is not recommended simply because cotton is not easily digested. However, it makes your body feel full and you lose weight.
