5. Canned Tuna
Lean food can also be delicious. Take, for example, fish. The list of fish is endless. Most of what is sold in the fish section is great. So is seafood in general. Pay attention to canned tuna. We recommend it simply because it is rich in vitamins and lean protein. Look for albacore tuna – this is the best sort of tuna you can find! Keep a can of tuna at home in case you want a snack. Tuna tastes wonderful with green vegetables, too.
6. Water
Water is a liquid. Although it is not eaten but drunk, there is nothing as important as water. Drink 8 glasses of still water per day. You need water during your weight loss program so that your body could get rid of toxins. It fills you up and reduces cravings for sugary and fatty products.
