Are you sure you are eating your breakfast right? Look through the list to see if you ever do the following:
1. You fry eggs in a pan. Try a different trick. Did you know that microwave-safe mugs can be used to prepare scrambled eggs? Simply cook your eggs for approximately one minute (until firm). The eggs will come extremely fluffy with no oily grease.
2. You cook your oatmeal. You need time to prepare even instant oatmeal. It will take you some more time to cool it, too. Luckily, you can save time and try out ‘no-cook’ oats. Take a jar and mix equal quantity of any type of milk and oatmeal. If you wish, add some of your favorite dried fruit and a bit of maple syrup. Some might want to make their oatmeal even fancier by sprinkling cinnamon. Cover the jar and put it in the fridge or kitchen counter. The oatmeal will soften and taste absolutely great before you wake up the next morning.
