3. Set aside some time for yourself
If your kids go to ballet, swimming or music classes at weekends and you have to drive them to and back from various schools, do not waste time waiting in the car. Catch up on the books or magazines that you have been planning to read. Go to a caf? and buy your favorite coffee or tea and sit outside breathing fresh air and watching people going by. Meditate and allow yourself enjoy the quiet moments. You can use your time for any other activity, such as a quick swim or workout session.
4. Get outside
Improve your moos and health – spend more time outside. Do not pay attention to the weather. Simply dress appropriately and go for a walk. Practice your favorite outdoor activities and invite the rest of your family members to join you.
