Relationships are not always easy. They reflect all we feel inside. Whenever your day seems to be messed up, the people surrounding you seem unbearable.
When you are not satisfied with yourself, your relationships seem to be suffering, too.
1. Take good care of your needs and desires.
No doubt you have your personal needs and wishes. That might include your workout routine, hairdresser, spa, etc. If you have to choose between someone and yourself, make your decisions wisely. It’s fine to dedicate your time to someone else, but never forget that your desires and needs matter a lot. Take proper care of yourself.
2. Find answers and solutions on yourself.
Finding something negative in a relationship is especially easy when you feel dissatisfied with yourself. Do not blame anyone for what you are feeling. Sometimes the answer why it is happening is in you. You are the one who is in control and blaming everything on our partner will not resolve the issue. Find the root of the problem and cope with difficulties on your own.
