3. Be prepared to meet new people. You need to make new friendships and establish new contacts. Get ready to fall in love one more time – you are full of love and you need someone to love you in return. Do not stay lonely thinking about your breakup. Look at it from a different perspective. Now you are free to start building a better relationship with a person whose viewpoint on things is similar to yours. The pain that you are feeling now should not stop you from having a personal life.
4. Break a few rules and do what can make you happy yet you know that it is not healthy for you. After a breakup you have the right to miss a few training sessions, eat your favorite unhealthy snack or watch cartoons all weekend long. Do it in moderation and once you feel better return to your regular schedule and healthy ways.
