Junk food lacks nutrition. It contains no minerals or vitamins. All they are full of is calories. They are made of simple carbs that, once consumed, make your insulin wildly spike. In just an hour or so you feel hungry again. You keep eating unhealthy snacks piling on pounds. Do not try to immediately exclude your usual favorite snacks. Drastic steps are always stressful.
