5. Diet Soda
Diet soda contains no fats and zero calories. You may lose weight but at what cost? You load your body with chemical colors and artificial sweeteners. As a matter of fact, if you drink diet soda on a regular basis, you will eventually destroy your metabolism. This will lead to weight gain and then depression.
6. Canned fruit
Fresh fruit is an excellent snack. Canned fruit is its opposite that should be avoided since they contain added sugars. Manufacturers use chemical preservatives to make the shelf life of the product long enough.
