3. Raw Honey
Honey is not only delicious. It is healthy, too. It is added to tea, you can also spread it on a muffin. Some prefer to eat it raw. The taste of honey is fabulous. Honey that is sold in stores is always safe, because the food is pasteurized before it is bottled and put on the shelves. Be cautious if someone is trying to sell you raw honey. This type of honey is commonly sold in health food stores. It’s possible to purchase raw honey from bee owners. This type of honey is not pasteurized hence has botulism spores, a strong neurotoxin. After eating raw honey some experience fever, vomiting and stomach cramps. Children are very allergic to raw unpasteurized honey. Opt for bottled and pasteurized honey only.
4. Cherry Seeds
Cherry seeds contain amygdalin. This substance is not less toxic and dangerous than the substance found in apple seeds, cyanide. Cherry pits are not edible. If you consume a cherry pit accidentally, you will not die since the human body is strong enough to neutralize a small amount of the toxin. The more cherry seeds you eat, the less tolerant to the poison your body is. So, avoid large quantities of sherry seeds getting into your digestive system. The most common symptoms that are caused by amygdalin are difficulties in breathing, vomiting and nausea.
