4. Low-Fat Plain Yogurt
Probiotics give us good bacteria. They are contained in yogurts. Opt for low-fat yogurt. Give preference to products that are not artificially flavored and do not contain any extras, such as sugar. Yogurt is a great source of protein, it is more affordable than meat and fish plus it kills cravings for other foods. If plain yogurt tastes dull, add a bit of honey, fresh fruit or brown sugar to make it more delicious.
