1. Let your weekend start with an easy treat
Stay in bed for another 10 minutes – give your other half a warm cuddle. Allow your children enter your bedroom after some certain time when you are still in bed yet available for hugs under the blankets. Before you have your breakfast, have your cup of coffee in bed. Let it be your weekend tradition.
2. Skip the stores
Make your weekend as relaxing as possible. Avoid going to busy shops. At weekends hundreds of families go to do their weekly shopping and instead of e relaxed atmosphere you will find yourself in a crowded area full of noise. Go to a local store where there are fewer people. Mothers who are planning to buy new footwear or clothing for their kids should do it on Thursday evening, when stores are half-empty.
