3. Preparation
This phase is one of the most important parts of the whole process. This is when you build a plan. Making plans may take days. You arrange meetings and book sessions. You see other people who will participate in your mission: lecturers, trainers, dietician and other professionals whose help you need. Preparation also includes appointments with various counselors and experts. Finally, you develop some sort of schedule.
4. Action
After making a plan you have to start putting your ideas into action. Depending on your goals and missions, this phase may last for a few months. If you want to lose weight and get in better shape, then you’ll need to attend the gym on a regular basis. Your diet plan will also need adjustment. During this phase you are observed by many other people: your colleagues, family members and friends. However, the idea itself may have come to you a year or two years ago. As a matter of fact, the very first three phases are invisible to others and only you knew what was going to happen next.
